Larry was quick and responsive and fixed our garage door the same day, which had a broken spring. He did some welding to make it extra secure and communicated clearly about the problem of only replacing one spring and replacing them both. Highly recommend.

I had a spring failure on my garage door at 9 p.m. on a Sunday! I left a message, not expecting a response very quickly. Larry responded 10 minutes later! I was thrilled. I had next-day service at a reasonable price. Larry was very professional and friendly. He even cared to sanitize and wipe down all the surfaces he touched. I highly recommend his garage door service.

Larry did an excellent job! He was fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and gave us a great rate. I highly recommend using his repair service. Our garage door was opening very slowly and he found the problem right away and now the door opens so much smoother after he replaced the springs, rollers, and a new hinge. Larry didn't try to upsell us and told us exactly what was needed for a great price.

Service: Repaired a dented garage door panel and aligned the tracks. Replaced four rollers and adjusted the door sensor.
Larry did an excellent job. Fast, same day service as advertised. He repaired a bent panel on the door and replaced some rollers. He then aligned the door, so it would operate quieter and put less stress on my opener. Overall he was very thorough, and the cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend his service.

Service: Replaced bad opener with a Liftmaster chain drive. Re-aligned and lubed the door.
I needed an emergency repair as my door was making a loud grinding noise and would not open. I called around, and the first person to answer their phone was Larry. He Face-Timed me and determined my door opener was stripped. He gave me an approximate quote over the phone and said he could come out immediately and replace my opener.
At this point, I didn't care what he replaced it with; I needed my garage door to open so I could get to work. He arrived within 45 minutes and opened my door for me. I left him to do the opener replacement and whatever else he needed to do to make things work.
My door is working correctly, and the speed that the door opens is way better now. I am impressed with Larry's service and an overall get-it-done attitude.

I want to give a shout out to my friendly neighborhood garage door repairman, Larry. He recently replaced both springs even though only one was broken. He guaranteed that the other spring would also snap in a matter of days. He explained that there are so my cycles a spring has before it becomes too brittle and snaps. You know when a spring snaps because it sounds like a gunshot.
Larry was kind enough to come out the same day and get my door working. He gave me an estimate over the phone. The final bill was exactly what he quoted, even though he performed some other maintenance work.
My door is working perfectly, as expected. Larry is a class act and an old school mechanic that knows his stuff. He came out immediately and had all the work done the same day.

I had the pleasure of working with Larry, the owner, who was an absolute delight. I needed to replace my garage door and had to compare materials, prices, and installation costs with several companies. I am happy to share my experience with a beneficial and efficient company from start to finish. They were honest, fair, and knowledgeable about garage doors and motors. Their prices were excellent, and they helped me choose what was most cost effective for my budget. The installation took about 2 hours, which included clean up. I was impressed as there was no trace of the old garage door, not even an old screw. The turnaround time from me calling, them coming out, me picking a door, and installation was just three days.

I had a new garage door installed by another company on July 13, 2020. However, today, on May 16, 2023, the garage door wouldn't close. I tried contacting the company office and the technician who installed the garage door but needed help to get through to anyone. That's when I came across Same Day Garage Door Repair and decided to give them a call. Larry answered the phone immediately, and I explained the situation to him.
Larry arrived at my home within an hour and fixed my garage door. It turned out that the wiring for the sensors was loose on both sides. We ended up causing a huge problem while trying to fix a small one. I contacted Same Day Garage Door Repair on a Saturday just before their closing time, and they informed me that Larry would arrive between 4 PM and 7 PM.
I cannot express enough how grateful we were! Larry kept us informed by calling several times and came precisely when he said he would. He worked tirelessly until all the problems were resolved, showing remarkable professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
